Photography services are generally billed at $150 per hour, with additional optional services and fees as described on the packages page of the website.

2. Booking and Payments

Booking a photography session through this website or by contacting us directly may require:

  • Agreement to a separate photography service contract

Failure to make required payments may result in cancellation of services.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Will Snap Photography reserves the right to stop or refuse services if conditions become unsafe or inappropriate.

5. Image Ownership and Copyright

All photographs taken by Will Snap Photography remain the copyright property of the photographer unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

Clients are typically granted a personal-use license to: View, Download, Share, Print the delivered images.

Clients may not:

  • Sell the images
  • Edit or alter images without permission
  • Use images for commercial purposes without written consent.

6. Use of Images for Portfolio and Marketing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Will Snap Photography may use images taken during sessions for: Portfolio display, Website galleries, Social media, Marketing materials, Promotional content.

Clients who wish to restrict usage should notify the photographer in writing prior to the session.

7. Online Galleries

Some services may include optional online photo galleries for viewing and sharing images.

These galleries may be:

  • Password protected
  • Available for a limited time

Will Snap Photography is not responsible for lost or expired gallery access after the designated period.

8. Limitation of Liability

Will Snap Photography is not liable for:

  • Loss of images due to technical failure
  • Delays caused by circumstances outside our control
  • Personal injury occurring during photo sessions
  • Third-party services used on this website

In the unlikely event that images are lost or damaged, liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the photography services.
